Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been processed for delivery, cancellations are no longer possible.

If an order is cancelled successfully, any payments made will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Kasi Chillouts reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
